course in Basic Quality Control is designed for new or returning quality
professionals employed in manufacturing or service companies.
The
student will learn about or refresh their knowledge of the “Why” quality tools,
such as histograms, data plotting, bell-and skewed shaped curves, lead to a
high quality product and/or meet or even exceed a customer’s expectations when
used correctly.

Engineer, Professional Engineer and ASQ Fellow.
He holds a B. Met. E and M. Met E.
He has more than 35 years in teaching and industrial and consulting
experience in service and manufacturing organizations. He specializes in Continuous Improvement, Documentation
for Quality Systems, Process Control and obtaining ISO Certification.

presentation, subject to the instructor’s availability. The only requirement for an on-site course is
a minimum enrollment of six or eight students, depending on the course. The course content can be customized to fit
